Are you an exceptional organiser who thrives on supporting a variety of people? Do you have great customer service skills and want to put them to good use? If so, then a Service Coordinator role with us might be what you’re looking for. As part of our Professional Services team, you’ll be at the forefront of our business and supporting our Engineers and Project Managers in Australia.

 

Your days will be filled with…

  • Liaising with subcontractors for scheduling of maintenance work and collate required documentation to be provided to the subcontractor prior to the work.
  • Processing service dockets and installation documentation upon completion of the job.
  • Liaising with customers regarding availability and scheduling for all non-project work.
  • Coordinating travel bookings for team members.

 

Please note that this role will require the candidate to work with Australia's time zone (AEST).

And you are…

Tertiary qualified in Business, Technology, or a related discipline with experience in a scheduling or rostering position. Having used dispatching software experience would be advantageous. We would love to hear more about you so please send us your resume.
