Devestition von Ascom Toll erfolgreich abgeschlossen

Wie in der Medienmitteilung vom 27. August 2008 angekündigt, verkauft Ascom den Geschäftsbereich Toll. Der Kaufvertrag zwischen Ajax Holding SAS und Ascom SAS über den Erwerb von 70% der französischen Tochtergesellschaft Ascom Multitoll Solutions SAS wurde unterzeichnet und vollzogen.
