·1'669'092 Namenaktien entsprechend 4,64% Stimmrechtsanteil

·Stimmrechte aus Optionen, welche eine Realerfüllung vorsehen oder zulassen: 119'667 Stimmrechte entsprechend 0,33% Stimmrechtsanteil

·Stimmrechte aus Optionen, welche keine Realerfüllung zulassen: 1'750'000 Stimmrechte entsprechend 4,86% Stimmrechtsanteil, die bei Realerfüllung vermittelt würden
