2012 is a special year for Ascom. We are celebrating 25 years of innovation and the people behind the company who made our success possible, but even more so the start of a new era of innovation and success.

We are bringing together long-serving employees and young people starting out on their careers in conversations that can be followed on the Ascom website. There will be regular updates with podcasts throughout the year. Juniors or seniors, they all have one thing in common: a shared commitment to Ascom and its future.

Everyone at Ascom is valuable in his or her individual way and as members of the teams they work in. And they all have different views on who we are and how innovation is at the heart of all we do.
