Group Auditors and Statutory Auditors
PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd., Zurich (formerly STG Coopers & Lybrand Ltd.), have acted in the capacity of Group auditors and statutory auditors since 1987. Stefan Räbsamen has been head auditor since 2007. The statutory auditors are appointed by the Annual General Meeting for a term of one fiscal year.
