Divestment of Ascom Toll successfully completed

As announced in the media release dated 27 August 2008, Ascom sells its Business Unit Toll. The share purchase agreement between Ajax Holding SAS and Ascom SAS regarding the acquisition of 70% of the French subsidiary Ascom Multitoll Solutions SAS has been signed and executed.
