The Ascom Access Node is a compact, high capacity and scalable all-IP based voice and data communication network node. It is dedicated for critical applications and ideally serves users of a static or dynamically deployable communication infrastructure.. It is well established with national and international military forces, peace keeping troops and crisis management teams.

A range of dedicated interfaces provides connectivity for optical and copper fibre Ethernet, EUROCOM, E1, BRI, control lines and legacy radio systems.

The Access Node is intended for use in fixed command posts and containers providing the core of mission critical networks. It's connectivity, capacity and features make it a secure, scalable and robust solution for demanding data and voice communication applications.
