In many situations organisations require automated reminder messages to be sent repeatedly to staff at regular intervals e.g. hourly, daily, weekly etc. The reminder messages are often to prompt staff to carry out supervisory actions or maintenance style checks that need to be performed at specific times.
DURAschedule is the DURAsuite module that allows pre-defined messages to be scheduled and automatically transmitted at regular intervals to any integrated handheld devices or systems.
DURAschedule provides an easy to configure settings tab that enables an administrator to define:
- Pre-programmed message
- Start and end time of the schedule – includes options for immediate start, delayed start and infinite repeat
- Interval timings – includes options of fixed interval and finite repeat
- Message destination – includes options for individual handheld units or distribution groups
