Ascom teleCARE patient handsets are easy to use, robust and have beautifully ergonomic design.  Our four handsets offer your patients alarm and service calls, bed and room lighting, integrated flashlight, window shade/ radio/TV controls, headset connection, nurse call speech and much more.

Beautiful and smart
Even if you have trouble seeing, or an unsteady hand, you will have no trouble pressing the large, red call button. Just like the other functions, the call button is permanently backlit to help patients find it in the dark. When pressed, the light brightens to reassure you that the call has been registered.

Durable and lightweight
All handsets are lightweight, compact, waterproof and can be disinfected. The Safe Release plug, which connects each handset to the switch module, automatically releases if excessive strain is applied to the handset cable.

RFID tag – an industry first!
To meet the demands of an ever-increasing inventory of products in the healthcare environment, Ascom teleCARE patient handsets now feature an integrated RFID tag. This tag simplifies things like handset inventorying and disinfection routines.
