TEMS EXPANSION SERVICE

The Expansion Service is used to expand the feature set of a Sony Ericsson-based TEMS device (E.g. adding TEMS Pocket functionality to an existing TEMS Investigation test terminal) without having to physically send it in to a TEMS support/supply location.

Installation instructions

  1. Ensure you have one of the supported devices as listed above
  2. Confirm that the number of license files received is correct
  3. Download the TEMS Expansion Service Software and ensure you have Microsoft’s .NET Framework version 2.0.50727.42 or later. If you have Microsoft Vista or later OS, you already have this software.  If you have an earlier version OS, please go to Microsoft’s website and search and download the free of charge .NET framework.
  4. Open the received license files with the TEMS Expansion Service Software and load the new licenses/settings in to your terminal(s).
