NOTE: It is recommended to upgrade the TEMS mobile phone(s) with the latest released software. (See further below).

Installation procedure:
Upgrading TEMS Investigation is done in two steps, the PC application and if necessary also the mobile software.

PC:

Due to changes in the installation structure, the installation must be run twice:

  • Click to download TEMS Investigation 10.0.2.msp (76 MB)
  • Save the file in a desired location
  • Double click the downloaded file and and the first part of the installation will start automatically
  • Wait until the first part of the installation has finished
  • Start and close the TEMS application
  • Double click the downloaded file once again and the installation will be finalized.
