This information concerns upgrading your TEMS Investigation from version 11.0, 11.0.1, 11.0.2, 11.0.3, 11.0.4, 11.0.5 or 11.0.6
The patch file and the list of connectable devices are available for you to download. Please contact TEMS Product Support for login credentials. Have the product serial number at hand
NOTE: It is recommended to upgrade the TEMS mobile phone(s) with the latest released software. (See further below).
Installation procedure:
Upgrading TEMS Investigation is done in two steps, the PC application and if necessary also the mobile software.
PC:
- Log in and download TEMS Investigation upgrade file
- Save the file in a desired location
- Double click the downloaded file and installation will start automatically
Upgrade instructions for Sony Ericsson devices
Sony Ericsson devices can be upgraded to latest software versions by contacting a local Sony Ericsson service center or by using the Update Service application.
