ANSWERS

1. I connected all my phones, and they are identified correctly. However, the "Connect" buttons do not turn green but remain grayed out.

Please make sure you have the TEMS Investigation hardware dongle attached.

2. How do I quickly start installing the Nokia 6230?

• Remove any previous versions of TEMS Investigation (from Windows Add/Remove Programs)Install TEMS Investigation software from the supplied TEMS Investigation installation CD
• When the installation is complete, go to C:\Program Files\TEMS Products\TEMS Investigation \Drivers\Nokia \6230_6680 and run the .exe file that applies to your region (EA, USA, or APAC). This will install the Nokia 6230 drivers
• Reboot the computer
• Connect the DKU-2 cable and then the Nokia 6230 mobile. Wait for Windows to finish the New Hardware Installation wizard
• Modify your Dial-up Networking settings as desired

You can now launch TEMS Investigation and use your Nokia 6230 mobile.

3. Can K600i, K790i and W600i measure C/I in idle mode?
No, these phones do not measure C/I in idle mode but however T610 is able to measure C/I in idle mode.

4. What is the receive sensitivity of my SonyEricsson mobile?
