ANSWERS:

1. With the new map engine, can I use the same maps as in TEMS Investigation?
Yes, the new map engine is MapExtreme and MapInfo with file extensions .tab, .gst, and .mws can be used. Old Access maps can not be used anymore.

2. How do I open the Map Tool Bar?
Right-click in the map and select Tool Bar from the pop-up menu.

3. How do I open the Map Legend?
Right-click in the map and select Legend from the pop-up menu.

4. How do I change properties of a map layer that is visible in the Legend?
Make sure that you have Properties window open (right-click in the map and select Properties from the pop-up menu). Select the layer of interest in the Legend by clicking it. The corresponding properties will be displayed in the Properties window. Click the property to change and a browse button or a combo box (depending on the property) will be accessible.

5. When I have an area visible on top of some parcels, I can not select the parcel - only the area. How do I select the parcel.
In the Legend, drag and drop the parcel layer of interest (for example RxLevel AVG) above the area layer.

6. How do I make a map layer visible when I have another layer hiding it in the map?
You may uncheck one or several of the layers with the legend checkboxes to make them disappear temporary from the map. You may also change the map layer order in the legend by dragging and dropping one above or below another. In that way you change the order in which they are displayed in the map.

7. How do I make all route samples visible in the map without zooming manually step by step?
Right-click the corresponding layer in the Legend and select View Entire Layer.

8. How do I change coordinate system for the map?
Right-click in the map and select Coordinate System from the pop-up menu
