1. When I have a view open, it keeps disappearing. Why?
Auto hiding might be turned on. To keep a view visible when it is open, click the Auto Hide button so that it looks like this:  

2. Does TEMS Visualization show GPRS data? 
No. TEMS Visualization shows data for voice calls only.

3. Does TEMS Visualization show signalling calls, such as SMS and location updating?
No. TEMS Visualization shows voice calls only.

4. What is the first message recorded for voice calls?
Cipher Mode Complete, if ciphering is turn on in the BSC. Otherwise, the first message is Assignment Request from the MSC.

5. How do I get IMEI information in the Cipher Mode Complete Message?
Set the following Ericsson MSC parameters:

• CIPHER=1
• IMEIFETCHCIPH=1
