Divestment of Ascom Payphones successfully completed

As communicated on 7 November 2008, Ascom sells its Business Unit Payphones with locations in France and Mexico. The share purchase agreement between Duons MCO and Ascom Holding SA (France) has been signed and executed. Additionally, the handover of Interactive Solutions (as part of Payphones) to Airmedis SA has been finalized. Herewith, all divestments (Traffic in Switzerland, Industry Switzerland, Toll and Payphones), which have been announced in November 2007, are completed in due time.
