The Solution

Box Office is Monitor Master’s reporting platform. It is a highly configurable and flexible Business Intelligence platform that empowers end users to be able to create their own reports based on Monitor Master data.

Reports are delivered via a Web browser; no special client is required.

Out of the box, Box Office provides reports that go most of the way to meet the needs of customers. We know however, that one size does not fit all for reporting and we therefore encourage users to create their own reports. Box Office is extremely flexible so end users can do everything themselves.

Reports can be tailored to show a high level KPI summary all the way to a low level packet trace and can be tied together with clickthrough.

Extensive use of user defined meta-data allows results to be presented and aggregated in any desired way.
