Our position on Brexit

Ascom UK recognises the concerns which many of our customers have with regard to Brexit and its potential effects on continuity of supply and support.

We firstly set up a small working group consisting of our Managing Director, Director of Finance, Director of Solutions and myself, Quality and Regulatory Manager in order to make a preliminary assessment of the various possible Brexit scenarios and our mitigations.

This group concluded that no anticipated Brexit scenario would have a significant impact on Ascom’s ability to supply, interact with and service our customers. Mitigating actions were feasible for all Brexit outcomes.

In addition, we are in regular contact on this topic with the Director of Supply at Ascom HQ (the supplier of the vast majority of the equipment we install), and I can confirm that nothing has been raised in these discussions to cause concern.

If any of our customers should have further questions, they may contact us directly about any specific concerns.

Martin Wilson

UK Quality and Regulatory Manager
