Do you like to be a part of a global team where you can work on projects with other HR professionals from around the world? If so, then our Human Resources Specialist role covering the allocated countries (Norway-Finland or Norway-Denmark) might be what you’re looking for. As part of our Nordic HR team, you’ll be part of a team of experts who support the business in doing what they do best - providing technology at the forefront of the healthcare industry.

Your days will be filled with…

  • Delivering all operational tasks covering any HR-related matters (covering complete employee life cycle), including interface with external stakeholders (i.e. payroll provider)
  • Sparring partner for Managers in the allocated countries, single point contact for employees
  • Supporting the business in its country-specific needs
  • Driving and supporting the implementation of HR projects and processes

And you are…

An experienced HR professional with at least 3-5 years of comparable experience in HR operations covering Norway and Finland or Norway and Denmark, preferably in an international context. You have a Bachelor degree or equal proven competence in Human Resources. Fluency in Norwegian and English is a must, other Nordic languages would be a plus. 

This role requires a strong holistic understanding of the allocated countries, including respective labour laws and social securities. Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office based programs, especially Excel, Word and Outlook and the ability to balance conflicting priorities, ensuring the completion of essential projects and meeting all deadlines.
