Order Administrator

Purpose

Are you an expert administrator who thrives on working with a variety of customers? Do you like the idea of utilizing a resource system on the daily to manage workflow? If so, then an Order Administrator role with us might be what you’re looking for. As part of our Logistics team, you’ll be at the forefront of our business and bringing our solutions to our customers.

Your days will be filled with…

• Acquiring and processing of customer orders in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Acting as the key interface between Ascom and Customers, New Prospects, Solutions/Technical Team, Operations, and Management.
• Managing the export license administration process.
• Supporting the team with activities including order handling, credit invoicing, and issuing licenses.

And you are…

An experienced professional who has worked within a logistics, sales order, or procuring environment. Possessing knowledge customs declaration and have used an ERP system would be well-regarded. We would love to hear more about you so please send us your resume.
