We are working on the go-to-market of a software solution in the MedTech space, targeting hospitals in Switzerland and the DACH region.
We’re looking for a sharp, driven graduate (Master) to join us as a Business Development Associate. You will co-develop the go-to-market strategy and execute it from day one — directly alongside our commercial leadership and supported by our industry experts. This is no backoffice job; you will gain insights into the healthcare space and a dynamic organization looking to make an impact.
What You’ll Do
- Shape the go-to-market: Work hand-in-hand with the Head of Sales to design the sales strategy for our new MedTech software product.
- Own the commercial outreach: Build a pipeline of qualified leads, run outbound campaigns, and execute on deals.
- Drive strategic deals: Lead meetings with hospital IT departments, clinical stakeholders, and procurement teams.
- Create the playbook: Lay the foundation for future sales hires by helping document and refine our approach as we grow.
Who You Are
- A recent or upcoming graduate (Master’s)
- Passionate about digital health and excited by the opportunity to bring meaningful change to healthcare through technology
- Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, curious, resilient, and eager to take ownership
- Strong communicator – comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders in hospitals and internal teams alike
- Ideally, you have first experience (internship or working student) in MedTech, SaaS, consulting, or sales
- Willingness to learn about clinical processes and tech savviness is key
- Fluent in German and English
