What You’ll Do
- Design Impactful Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored architectures for customer projects, ensuring Ascom’s solutions meet real-world needs.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Build strong relationships with local teams and customers, positioning Ascom’s full range of products and services—from implementation to post-launch support.
- Drive Innovation: Influence and enhance existing processes, systems, and products. Your insights will help shape the future of healthcare technology in the region.
- Bridge Teams: Act as the vital link between product marketing, sales, and professional services, ensuring seamless delivery and maximum customer value.
- Champion Quality: Lead the transition from proposal to delivery, support project management, and contribute to continuous improvement through project debriefs and feedback.
What You Bring
- A bachelor's degree in physical/biological sciences, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or information systems.
- 3–5 years’ experience in medical technology, healthcare professional services, or network infrastructure sales engineering.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), and Ascom’s product portfolio.
- A customer-first mindset, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and confidence.
