Cloud DevOps Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our Global R&D team, contributing to the platform powering our SaaS cloud offering.

In this role, you'll be integral to the team building and maintaining the software platform underpinning our SaaS offering. You'll play a key role in implementing Ascom's cloud platform architecture, developing automated deployment scripts, and crafting automatic tests to ensure software functionality post-deployment.

Your Contributions:

• Implement Helm charts to deploy platform and solution-specific software.
• Create automatic tests for the deployed software items.
• Develop and maintain the R&D Kubernetes clusters in Microsoft Azure and on-prem.

The Ideal Candidate: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and associated technologies.
• Experience in development of automatic tests.
• Knowledge of helm chart development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
