Are you a technical expert who enjoys sharing your knowledge with others? Do you constantly recognise training gaps within your teams and can’t help but think you could do something about it? If so, then a Technical Documentation Specialist role with us might be what you’re looking for. As part of our Professional Services team, you’ll be at the forefront of our business and imparting knowledge and expertise to our people.

 

Your Contributions:

  • Produce user documentation, training material, and online help resources.
  • Design, maintain consistency, and implement user documentation and training material according to operational and quality guidelines, ensuring functionality, readability, conciseness, cost-effectiveness, and development time.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Ascom products to create comprehensive system-level documentation and training materials.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements for Instructions for Use.
  • Innovate user documentation by incorporating new trends, tools, and technologies.

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluent in English with excellent writing skills, including correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Proficiency in document layout and text formatting principles.
  • Technical knowledge of Ascom products and systems (trainable) 
  • Strong IT skills are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in a similar position is advantageous.
