Seeking a Test Engineer to ensure software quality through manual and automated testing. Reporting to the R&D Test Manager, you'll find bugs, design, and execute tests. Crucial for compliance with Medical Devices regulations. If you have an eye for detail and passion for software quality, join us!


Your Contributions:

  • Analysis and review of requirements, specifications, and technical manuals to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
  • Define and create test environments aimed at verifying and validating the software product.
  • Execution of test cases to ensure that the product fulfills the software specifications (Integration testing, System Testing, Component Testing, Free exploratory testing, Non-regression testing, Stress and performance testing).
  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs, communicating any critical issues to the area manager.
  • Investigate the causes of software anomalies.
  • Maintain clear and direct communication with internal teams (e.g., developers and project managers).
  • Participate in cross-platform projects, working closely with other teams.

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Working experience in software quality assurance.
  • Experience in writing and executing test cases.
  • Excellent problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and diagnostic skills.
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in testing Web Applications, Windows Applications, Android Applications.
  • Basic knowledge of test automation.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting.
  • Basic knowledge of Medical Devices regulations (ISO 13485, IEC 62304).
  • Availability to work in a hybrid mode from the office in Florence.
