Bianka Wilson appointed as new Ascom CFO

Ascom Holding AG has appointed Bianka Wilson as new Chief Financial Officer of the Ascom Group. The new CFO will succeed Martin Zwyssig as from 1 October 2013.

Ascom has appointed a new Chief Financial Officer and selected Bianka Wilson, an experienced finance expert with a solid track record and a broad international background, as new CFO. Bianka Wilson, who will also become a member of the Executive Board, will take full responsibility for her new position as of 1 October 2013. The current CFO, Martin Zwyssig, has decided to leave Ascom and to pursue new career opportunities.

The Board of Directors and the Executive Board wish Bianka Wilson all the best in her new role. They take the opportunity to thank Martin Zwyssig for his commitment and his valuable contribution in the last five years and wish him all success for the future.

During the last five years, Bianka Wilson was a partner of the global accounting firm KPMG in Zurich and specialized in particular in Accounting and Financial Reporting, Risk Management as well as M&A in international environment. In addition, Bianka Wilson brings extensive overseas experience in the United States, an important growth market for Ascom, gained in part from her years working as Audit Manager in Houston TX (USA).
