The new solution will support MRHP to achieve a new paradigm in public health services by prioritizing the quality of services. The Ascom Telligence Patience Response System will help centralize the clinical workflow at the patients’ bedside, bridging the communication gap in the workflow with a modular, scalable patient response system that seamlessly integrates with current devices and applications. The system can easily be expanded over time to meet future requirements.
The new hospital will be one of the largest private hospitals serving the premium market in Jakarta, equipped with 350+ inpatient beds, 10 operating theatres, 100+ outpatient examination rooms, 3 advanced medical centers — Cardio-Vascular Arrhythmia Center, Advanced Oncology Center, and NeuroScience Center — and 10 state-of-the-art specialist centers.
Benedictus R. Widaja, Director of the Mandaya Hospital Group, says: “The solution of idsMED and Ascom is an easy to use system for our medical professionals and patients. We have chosen this solution because it has the ability to help improve clinical workflows, placing patient’s safety first by ensuring that any emergency calls will reach the right team, and it integrates smoothly with other hospital applications.”
Katarina Rask-Andersen, Partner Manager of Ascom Asia, says: “We encountered intense competitions in this project, facing strong players with a local footprint. However, together with our partner idsMED Indonesia, we demonstrated our deep understanding of the hospital workflow and supported by Ascom’s state-of-the-art technology aligning with the customer’s strategy to provide a better care experience for patients”.
