In partnership with Ascom, St Vincent’s Health Australia set up a maintenance agreement that was tailor-made to the function, importance, and complexity of their systems. The deal is structured to be adapted to the solutions per site and across the St Vincent’s Health environment as it evolves. Ascom delivered a wide range of mobility handsets, Unite software and the nurse call solution Telecare IP for the hospital’s facilities.

St Vincent’s Health Australia has invested heavily into key ICT communication systems and other supporting technology to address important areas such as improving the quality of care, reducing costs, and enhancing patient to clinician experience. As these systems are vital to core processes in hospitals, this agreement plays an essential role in ensuring St Vincent’s Health Australia can maximise uptime and return on investment.

David Williams, Country Manager of Ascom Australia & New Zealand, says: “Securing this key contract for us illustrates that we have earned the trust of St Vincent’s Health Australia in both our people and our solutions, and demonstrates the value in our partnership. We are looking forward to continuing our partnership journey with St Vincent’s Health Australia and ensure they are supported now and into the future.”
