Available at Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels, the Ascom Solution Lifécycle Plan (SLP) takes the uncertainty out of your after-sales support. Bronze, the most basic level, offers: access to our help desk; remote access by Ascom experts to your equipment and systems; software updates and upgrades; documented and certified interoperability for multi-vendor solutions; defined service levels. Silver expands upon Bronze by offering remote technical support via phone and/or email. The level also extends the standard Ascom warranty; replacing faulty equipment free of charge, and updating embedded software to the latest versions. Gold adds: free repair/replacement of accidentally damaged equipment; prioritized repair time of maximum two working days; prioritised parts delivery; onsite support. Optional preventive maintenance is available for all levels.
