Here at Ascom…

· As our new HR Partner you will not only own all HR-related matters for Ascom Sweden (legal entity), but also some for Global Functions, Global Marketing and Global R&D, all based in Gothenburg.

· You will partner with business leaders for all aspects of HR, drive the people agenda within your scope of responsibility and ensure the implementation of global and local HR processes.

· You play an active part in employee engagement, and in creating a positive work environment.

· You ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, provide advice on employee relation matters and play an active part in unions’ negotiations.

· You will join our small HR Nordics team during an exciting period of change/transformation and will work closely with our HR colleagues in other countries.

Your days will be filled with…

· Making a difference by acting as a partner to the business, adding value by aligning business objectives with employees and management, consulting on all people and organizational topics and be on top of change.

· Manage talent attraction and recruiting in close collaboration with the business.

· Providing best-in-class HR services to managers and employees and enabling line managers to be successful in their role.

· Build and maintain excellent and effective employee relations, as well as union management relations.

· Being involved in Global HR projects for the Nordic region.

· Together with your HR colleagues building a strong HR team locally and globally.

We look for…

· 3-5 years of working experience in a similar role, it is a plus if you have experience from tech environments

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related business degree

· Strong experience of sourcing and recruiting

· Excellent communications and networking skills, the ability to quickly build relationships

· Analytical, goal-oriented, and proactive in nature

· A team player, quick to learn and willing to take ownership

· Business mind-set and the ability to find solutions to improve business success

· Fluent in Swedish and English
