The Products & Solutions Training Manager is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to support the global market success of Ascom's solutions and products. These programs cover technical, clinical, and sales training and require collaboration with content creators and subject matter experts in R&D and the regions. The goal is to create effective training programs that drive the commercialization of Ascom's solutions.

Reports to:

This role reports to the Head of Training for Products & Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage training programs and content that align with the business needs of all functions and markets for our commercial solutions.

• Oversee the commercial solutions training curriculum, utilizing various training delivery methods, such as online training, classroom training, and trainer coaching if necessary.

• Utilize central training tools (LMS) to ensure up-to-date, engaging, and purpose-fit content for commercial solutions training.

• Manage the pipeline of training development for all functions and markets, collaborating closely with content creators and subject matter experts to ensure suitable content for intended programs.

• Share best practices and lessons learned with trainers in regional markets.

• Maintain a collaborative working relationship with all stakeholders.

Required Experience and Education:

• University-level education in a relevant technical or commercial field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product, service, or market development roles.

• Strong industry knowledge and experience, preferably in product management or customer-facing roles.

• Experience in managing commercial projects, including product launches.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to coach and provide feedback to individuals at all levels.

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build global relationships.

• Effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in digital e-learning tools such as Articulate 360, iSpring, and other creative tools for training content development.

• Comfortable with following release dates and working within defined timelines.
