Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and distribute marketing strategies and campaigns, delivered by the Global Central Marketing team
  • Manage and distribute content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email marketing; the majority is created by the Central Marketing team
  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, and make adjustments as needed
  • Work with the local sales teams, local solutions team and leadership to align marketing and sales efforts
  • Collaborate with global departments, such as the Global Content Marketing team, the Global Segment Marketing team, the Global Digital Marketing team to distribute cohesive marketing campaigns
  • Plan and execute local marketing programs and events, such as exhibitions, seminars, customer stories, local newsletters and all other local communications
  • Maintain the local websites with support from the Global Digital Marketing team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local influencers and partners
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal experts to be able to give accurate market information & requirements to the Central Marketing team
  • Measure & report on the success of local marketing campaigns, using metrics such as website traffic, leads, and conversions
  • Be the link between the Region and the Global marketing teams to inform, guide & influence, the creation of relevant, high quality deliverables for the regional markets


Qualifications and Work Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing or other Marketing qualification
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in an Information & Communication Technology environment, within Healthcare is an advantage
  • Experience executing marketing plans & customer-facing deliverables
  • Experience of working within an international company would be preferable
