Digital Marketing Manager

As part of our Global Marketing team, you’ll be at the centre of our business and support our global and regional teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction through managing Ascom’s online presence and driving the company’s digital marketing.

Your days will be filled with…

• Leading the development and implementation of the Ascom’s global digital marketing strategy.
• Developing, executing and analyzing digital marketing initiatives and ensure that they contribute to the global strategy and our growth initiatives.
• Work with our content and creative team to ensure that digital channels are integrated into every campaign.
• Oversee the development of our website as the hub of all our digital content.
• Exploring and implementing new digital tools including email, marketing automation and social media advocacy tools.
• Advise, support and provide training for global and regional marketing colleagues.
• Help us to continually improve outcomes through ROI analysis and analytics.

• Inspire us with new ideas and recommend the latest innovations to bring Ascom to the forefront of digital marketing and keep us ahead of our competitors.
• Make our global digital initiatives successful and be prepared for expanding this position into a future digital team

And you are…

Ideally tertiary qualified in digital marketing, you will have six+ years’ experience in digital marketing and strong understanding of CMS and analytics systems, as well as experience in implementing systems and channels in a global company. 

You know how to support marketing campaigns and initiatives from a digital perspective and building up these channels and make them successful is no news for you. As you will work in the Global Marketing team, fluency in English is a must. But, most importantly, you have a true passion for what digital marketing can help us achieve.

This position will be on-site, located in Gothenburg, Sweden or Utrecht, Netherlands.
