Sourcing production program manager

In this role you will secure a stable and continuously improving supply chain and facilitate work in order to meet Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) objectives, synchronize the work of maintenance/improvements, and maintenance projects for products in active sustain.

Key accountabilities

EMS development, manufacturing and repair

Manage daily business with EMS supplier as maintenance and continuous improvements e.g. QMP, yield, capacity efficiency and pre-series outside PCP projects.

Implement, review and follow up Engineering change orders towards EMS suppliers.

Participate the product maintenance work in CCB forum for the different product lines.

Visit product suppliers and drive projects.

Co-operate with other functions in Sourcing, Supply & R&D

Your background

The candidate for this role should have:

Management Training

Broad knowledge of Lean Production

Broad knowledge of applicable manufacturing processes (Electronics and Mechanics)

Broad knowledge of Quality Assurance activities

Knowledge and understanding in ERP and other IT applications

Capability to create and maintain supplier relations

Supply strategies

Ambitious, flexible and target oriented

Ability to communicate fluently in English
