Key responsibilities…

  • Drive all HR-administrative matters within Switzerland (for approx. 100 employees); reporting to the HR Manager DACH
  • Ensure accurate set-up and handling of employee and compensation data and closely collaborate with external payroll provider
  • Support the implementation and follow-through of all relevant global and local HR-policies and processes
  • Support administratively in all upcoming HR matters in the DACH region (e.g. onboardings, health/illness, time tracking, recruiting) and provide valuable solutions
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll and tax regulations and provide advice to employees and managers
  • Be a reliant point of contact in HR matters for various internal and external stakeholders
  • Be an active member of the regional HR team DACH and support global HR projects

Required qualifications and experience…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related business degree
  • 4-5 years of working experience in a similar HR role (HRBP, HR Specialist), covering the entire employee life cycle

Skills and competencies

  • Very good HR specific knowledge and expertise
  • Very good communication skills (verbal and in writing in German and English)
  • Good understanding of different HR practices, trends, technological tools and applications
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to stay focused on deliverables
  • Willing and open to proactively help in other HR matters where needed
  • Strong skills in leading difficult discussions with demanding business partners
