Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and distribute marketing strategies and campaigns, delivered by the Global Central Marketing team
- Manage and distribute content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email marketing; the majority is created by the Central Marketing team
- Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, and make adjustments as needed
- Work with the local sales teams, local solutions team and leadership to align marketing and sales efforts
- Collaborate with global departments, such as the Global Content Marketing team, the Global Segment Marketing team, the Global Digital Marketing team to distribute cohesive marketing campaigns
- Plan and execute local marketing programs and events, such as exhibitions, seminars, customer stories, local newsletters and all other local communications
- Maintain the local websites with support from the Global Digital Marketing team
- Develop and maintain relationships with local influencers and partners
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal experts to be able to give accurate market information & requirements to the Central Marketing team
- Measure & report on the success of local marketing campaigns, using metrics such as website traffic, leads, and conversions
- Be the link between the Region and the Global marketing teams to inform, guide & influence, the creation of relevant, high quality deliverables for the regional markets
Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Degree in Marketing or other Marketing qualification
- A minimum of 5 years experience in an Information & Communication Technology environment, within Healthcare is an advantage
- Experience executing marketing plans & customer-facing deliverables
- Experience of working within an international company would be preferable
