Head of Solutions (m/w/d)

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Head of Solutions is responsible for ensuring the timely availability of products and solutions for key markets and segments within the market. They are tasked with driving the development and implementation of the solution strategy in a manner that enables revenue and operational profit growth. This individual will report to the Managing Director DACH.

• Responsible for coordinating with product management of the product line to ensure that the appropriate products are market-ready in all aspects, including languages, regulations, etc.

• Responsible for coordinating with the regulatory affairs organization to ensure delivery in key markets and segments.

• Responsible for coordinating with marketing to develop solution launch planning for market-sellable solutions.

• Responsible for coordinating with AWiTAC to ensure an appropriate training program in connection with the market solution offering.

• Responsible for representing the market function in steering committees for global product development and planning.

• Responsible for technical support in complex projects.

• Responsible for discussing and implementing product changes and improvements with R&D.

• Responsible for reporting resource status and availability to product portfolio management.

• Responsible for KPIs and other performance objectives within their area.

• Responsible for customer PoCs and showrooms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science, business informatics) or equivalent qualification.

• Several years of experience in leading solution teams and developing solution strategies.

• Deep technological knowledge, including networking, mobile technology, server technology, operating systems, databases, web, and cloud technology.

• Deep understanding of the requirements and challenges of our target markets, especially in healthcare.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing solutions that increase business value.

• Project management skills and experience working with customers.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.
