We’re seeking an enthusiastic Installation Engineer with dual Canadian and US citizenship to join our growing team. Your days will be filled with…
- Install, configure, and maintain Ascom software and hardware solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment of our solutions with an emphasis on a best-in-class customer experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to installations following established protocols with initiative and autonomy.
- Conduct site surveys and assess network requirements and integrations to a large number of disparate and unique systems for new installations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during on-site visits.

And you are…

Dual Canadian and US citizenship (mandatory requirement).
- Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field or equivalent documented experience.

Documented experience in network installation and configuration, enterprise mobility, or nurse call systems.
- Some combination of proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, or other networking equipment, enterprise mobility and PBX, or enterprise Server installation and maintenance.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 75% of the time).
