Role Overview:
Are you a tech enthusiast with a knack for medical devices? As a Medical Integration - Application Engineer, you'll dive into the world of Ascom solutions, mastering their implementation and integration. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology that directly improves patient outcomes and transforms healthcare systems.

Master Ascom Solutions: Quickly become an expert in our solutions, ensuring seamless integration with medical devices and healthcare systems.

Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with healthcare professionals, developers, and R&D teams to customize solutions that enhance patient visibility and clinical workflows.

Troubleshoot Like a Pro: Provide top-notch troubleshooting for complex system issues, ensuring smooth and efficient integrations in healthcare environments.

Ensure Quality: Conduct rigorous testing to ensure our integrated solutions meet industry standards and healthcare-specific protocols.

What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the OSI Model and networking principles, with practical experience.
- Genuine interest in medical device technology and its integration into healthcare systems.
- Experience with Ascom solutions or similar medical technology is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems (EMR, EHR, PACS) and medical data exchange standards (HL7, DICOM, IHE, etc.).
- Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, HTTP, etc.) and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders.
