Customer Champion: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their demands and planning how to meet them.

Strategic Planning: Ensure accurate forecasting and planning to provide timely information for delivery and finance teams.

Market Intelligence: Develop account penetration strategies and share valuable market insights with the business.
Your Responsibilities:
- Be a key member of the Ascom team, motivating and achieving continuous improvements.
- Execute sales strategies within assigned accounts and meet targets for profitable sales volume.
- Grow and maintain the existing customer portfolio while qualifying new leads.
- Manage communication between customers and internal project teams, ensuring trustful relationships.
- Inform clients of new products and services, recommending solutions that fit their business needs.
- Prospect for new customers, generate proposals, and participate in bid processes.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in account management or business development, preferably with technology-driven products and services in the healthcare sector.

Skills: Strong sales experience with a proven track record in sales execution and value-based solution sales.

Knowledge: Excellent understanding of the wireless communication sector and/or clinical solutions environment.
