What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Growth: Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive Ascom’s growth by managing key accounts within your region.
  • Sales Excellence: Lead the sales of our cutting-edge technologies, ensuring timely delivery of regional sales targets.
  • Customer Champion: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their demands and planning how to meet them.
  • Strategic Planning: Ensure accurate forecasting and planning to provide timely information for delivery and finance teams.
  • Market Intelligence: Develop account penetration strategies and share valuable market insights with the business.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Be a key member of the Ascom team, motivating and achieving continuous improvements.
  • Execute sales strategies within assigned accounts and meet targets for profitable sales volume.
  • Grow and maintain the existing customer portfolio while qualifying new leads.
  • Manage communication between customers and internal project teams, ensuring trustful relationships.
  • Inform clients of new products and services, recommending solutions that fit their business needs.
  • Prospect for new customers, generate proposals, and participate in bid processes.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in account management or business development, preferably with technology-driven products and services in the healthcare sector.
  • Skills: Strong sales experience with a proven track record in sales execution and value-based solution sales.
  • Knowledge: Excellent understanding of the wireless communication sector and/or clinical solutions environment.
  • Communication: Advanced negotiation and influencing skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Passion: Works well under pressure, enjoys selling, and is willing to go the extra mile.
