Working in our Services & Operations team as an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving the professional services function in Denmark.

In particular, you will get involved in:

Building and developing high-performing Professional Service team, individuals and processes

Daily management of the Professional Service function (customer projects, order and logistics flow, resource planning and prioritization).

Assure the execution of customer projects by securing sufficient capacity and competence.

Grow the customer satisfaction and secure management and escalation paths on any customer escalation within Professional Services function.

Ensure organization responds to and implements positive change, involve and engage teams and individuals

Achieving short and long-term financial and operating objectives, e.g. increased profitability, productivity

Be active members of regional management team and take the lead on regional strategic initiatives

Monitor the compliance to Ascom’s project documentation standards

And you are…

Tertiary qualified in Business Management, Economics, Technology, or a related discipline with extensive experience in Professional Services or Customer Care, including leadership experience. Fluency both spoken and written, in both Danish and English is required.
