Senior System Engineer

If so, then a Senior System Engineer role with us might be what you’re looking for. As part of our Professional Services team, you’ll be at the forefront of our business and building solutions that ultimately help our customers provide expert care.

Your days will be filled with…

• Providing technical expertise for Ascom products and solutions.
• Carrying out professional services including requirements analysis, design, installation, commissioning, and hand over of customer solutions.
  
• Receiving, addressing, and escalating customer feedback and complaints in a timely and thorough way and ensure timely response and resolution.
• Establishing excellent documentation standards to preserve the traceability and serviceability of delivered products and solutions.
• Contributing to continuous improvement processes, methods, and tools to maximise the team performance and fulfilment of strategies while working cross-functionally with other teams.

And you are…

Tertiary qualified in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related discipline with experience in a System Engineering position or similar. If you also have experience with server hardware, virtualizing platforms, and cloud environments we would love to hear more from you.
