Do you thrive on supporting Customers and assisting Account Managers in selling communication/alarming solutions within the Longterm Care market? And do you also thrive having dozens of calls and interactions per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales? Does the idea of playing a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth targets sound appealing to you? If so, then an Inside Sales role with us might be what you’re looking for. As part of our Sales team, you’ll be at the forefront of our business and supporting our clients providing expert care.

Your days will be filled with…

  • The responsibility for a set of accounts: customer relationship, services, and further development of business as expected in revenue targets
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Keeping track of opportunities and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales colleague for further development and closure
  • Closely collaborating with Ascom Sales representatives and Account Managers
  • Researching accounts, identifying key players and generating interest
  • Incorporating quality and continuous improvement as part of overall job performance whilst adhering to Ascom’s QMS policies and procedures
  • Assisting Business Development as needed to secure additional customers and sales
  • Keeping accurate and detailed lists of all assigned costumers and contacts in Ascom’s CRM

And you are…

experienced in a commercial environment and within inside sales.  You are independent and entrepreneurial. Your working and thinking level is MBO+. You are a native Dutch speaker. You are able to collaborate. Experience in selling into healthcare, retail, or hospitality environments would be a plus.
