We are currently looking for a Professional Services Engineer to join our team in France.

In this role, you will deliver technical customer solutions as part of our Professional Services team. You’ll be hands-on with the design, implementation, and commissioning of integrated systems and mobile communication platforms. You will collaborate directly with customers and internal teams, ensuring successful project delivery, high customer satisfaction, and ongoing system optimization.

Your contributions:

  • Deliver installation, configuration, and commissioning of Ascom systems on customer sites.
  • Support project tasks from intake and planning to final handover.
  • Provide technical consultancy and recommendations to customers during implementation.
  • Instruct and guide customers in the use of our solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure traceability and serviceability of delivered systems.
  • Ensure timely project execution and contribute to meeting satisfaction KPIs.
  • Stay updated on Ascom technologies and methods by completing internal training programs.

The ideal candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical System Engineering or similar role.
  • Driving license in necessary
  • Practical education in Technical or Application Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on approach and ability to work independently.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ascom’s product portfolio (or similar systems).
  • Understanding of technical specs and basic network knowledge (e.g., ports, firewalls).
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a structured and proactive mindset.
  • Fluent in French; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Availability to travel to clients' site.
