Are you ready for your next career move with Ascom? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior QA Expert to join our global team in Gothenburg. As a Senior QA Expert, you will play a critical role in promoting a culture of quality excellence, collaborating with cross-functional teams at Gothenburg site and international, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance for our medical devices and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and support local functions with QA requirements and effective implementation.
• Coach quality methods and tools.
• Advise teams in quality objectives and monitor results.
• Audit quality systems with the QA team.

Skills and Competencies:

• Profound experience in Quality Assurance with medical devices.
• Proven track record in project lead and process management
• Knowledge in software development, environmental systems, and IT security would be an advantage.
• Experience and proven expertise in Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and at least one more management system:

• QMS Medical Devices ISO 13485
• Environmental Management System ISO 14001
• Information Security Management System ISO/IEC 27001
• Good command of English and Swedish
