Working Student Human Resources DACH (m/f/d)

The Role:

Do you have a passion for HR and want to play a role in shaping the employee experience by supporting HR Partners in DACH Region? If so, our working student position might be for you. Ideally, you can support us with 20 hours per week.

Your Impactful Responsibilities:

• Responding to employee inquiries and assisting with HR-related matters
• Supporting the HR team in daily business activities, such as creating certificates, statements or other documents
• Playing an active role in the onboarding and recruitment process
• Managing employee documents and database maintenance
• Generating reports and analyses to support the HR team

Your Qualifications and Skills:

• Enrollment in a university program with a focus on Human Resources, People Management or a related field
• Interest in HR and a willingness to learn HR fundamentals
• Strong communication skills and teamwork
• Reliability and dedication
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Ideally, some prior experience in HR or a related field
• Proficiency in German and English
