For over 160 years, Ascom has been driving innovation. With more than 1,300 employees, we are a global provider of ICT and mobility solutions focused on developing critical, real-time solutions for environments where mobility, stability, and time are key factors.

You’ve likely benefited from an Ascom solution without even knowing it. Our solutions work behind the scenes—for example, clinical communication and alarms in hospitals, welfare technology in elderly care, and mobile alarm systems. We are helping to digitize the healthcare sector in Norway and, together with our customers, build the hospitals of the future. Our solutions ensure that both patients and staff feel safer. In other words, working with us is a serious and exciting task—which is why we hire the very best and do our utmost to retain and strengthen them!

In Ascom Denmark, many of our colleagues have extensive expertise and long tenure and are top professionals in their fields. Your career development through collaboration and training is important to us, and you will also have opportunities to participate in global and local initiatives and internal projects.

We are now looking for a new colleague to join our sales team in the role of Clinical Consultant. You will be part of an ambitious team working closely together to provide our customers with the best solutions in clinical processes and technology.

In the role of Clinical Consultant, we want to give you first-hand experience of what it’s like to work with technology at the forefront of the healthcare sector, and how we make a difference and impact lives in society.

Your responsibilities and tasks:

  • Collaborate with customers on the interaction between clinical processes and technology.
  • Observe clinicians’ daily routines and examine workflows.
  • Actively participate in coordinating and conducting clinical evaluations, solution demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Assess customers’ current workflows and provide a detailed overview of potential workflow alternatives to find the right solution.
  • Understand and explain the clinical implications of configuration choices to customers.
  • Identify training needs to ensure the best implementation process and use of solutions.
  • Stay close to the customer and help ensure the solutions continue to meet their needs.
  • Help ensure post-delivery expectations are met.
  • Contribute to increased customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a clinical field.
  • 3+ years of clinical experience: nurse, department head, nurse educator, or similar.
  • Experience with implementing, launching, and using complex clinical IT systems and solutions.

Personal qualities:

  • Strong customer service skills and a high customer focus.
  • Empathetic demeanor and good at engaging and motivating others.
  • Ability to build trust and communicate with customers.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and convey insights.
  • Good technological understanding.
  • Strong presentation skills and confident in collaboration.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
  • Structured, quality-conscious, and precise.
  • Strong communication skills in both Danish and English, written and spoken.

We offer:

  • A varied and educational workday.
  • Excellent health insurance and pension plan.
  • Social events with friendly colleagues and a great work environment.
  • Flexibility to work from home when needed.

Are you interested in joining the team? We look forward to receiving your application.
