Your days will be filled with…

• Carrying out Ascom Professional services including design, implementation and upgrades
• Configuring, customising and integrating hardware and/or software components in IT infrastructure
• Being Technical accountability for specific Ascom IT project and solution
• Estimating the integration and application work of a project regarding feasibility, time and cost
• Working together with the sales department to assess market potential for new functionalities in applications.
• Analysing customer-specific requirements (e.g. workflows) in projects in line with customer contract specifications/statement of work
• Discussing product / solution options, choices and solutions with the presales, development and customer and in some cases end users, within the scope of a project
• Creating customized frontend designs based on customer needs
• Testing of software towards customer requirements in projects
• Drawing up training and implementation concepts
• Transferring and training product / solution knowledge to customer and colleagues

We are looking for someone who has….

• Minimum 2 years of experience in working in customer implementation projects
• Experience in healthcare service / clinical workflow (or be trained in)
• Knowledge of HL7 /integrations
• Experience of Server hardware knowledge
• Experience of Windows Client/Server, VMware and Linux
• Experience of networking
• • Experience and understanding of RDBMS including interrogating SQL databases/reading queries and writing queries where applicable
• • Experience of HTML/Javascript/CSS/XML/JSON
• Experience of writing technical documents
• Experience of SW testing
