Your Challenge:
As Training Manager, you will be a part of the Ascom Academy Team and have a key role in developing new training programs and manage their life cycle management.
We believe it is vital that our new and current training programs consists of a blended learning solution, have a high learning impact and are scalable. The work tasks include collecting, analyzing requirements from different stakeholders throughout the Ascom organization and transform them into training programs that meets the need of the Ascom Training Landscape.
Your Profile:
As a person you have strong communication skills in both speech and writing. You are used to collaboration and good at building relationships. To succeed in this role, you need to have experience from coordinating, developing, and evaluating educational programs for different target groups. It is important to understand the dynamics of learning in the whole range from skill or technical learning and certification to mindset and attitude exploration as part of a larger change journey. You are creative, curious, design-oriented, and self-driven. Since you will be facing different parts and levels of our organization it is important that you are open minded, can manage multiple projects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage and develop a portfolio of training programs
• Lead the technical training life cycle management
• Perform Train the Trainer sessions
• Create blended training packages from start to finish
• Contribute in our work to provide digital content to our end-customers
Your background:
A university degree from a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience of creating educational programs from start to finish. Knowledge in eLearning design, image-, video-editing is desirable.
