Your days will be filled with…
- Providing technical expertise for Ascom products and solutions
- Carrying out Ascom Professional Services including requirements analysis, design, installation, commissioning and hand over of customer solutions
- Ensuring high-level quality and workmanship standards and customer requirements.
- Demonstrating and maintaining expertise with most recent technologies and methods through successful completion of training
- Interfacing and working with customers and peers to collect information needed to perform professional services
- Contribute to continuous improvement of own processes, methods and tools to maximize the team performance and fulfilment of strategies, working cross-functionally with relevant functions

We are looking for someone who has….
- Application and/or Technical Engineering: Master’s degree in technical education or equivalent experience
- Application Engineering: Mid-level (Practical education)
- H&S: Certified according to local regulations and Basic H&S awareness
- Practical Application: An engineering approach with connotations of precision, predictability, measurement, risk mitigation, and professionalism
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a technical System Engineering position or similar
- Proficiency knowledge of processes and process management
- Experience in developing and delivering technical training

- Highly skilled and knowledgeable about Ascom products portfolio: deep knowledge of and technical expertise in Ascom systems and solutions
- Deep understanding of technical specifications and capabilities of relevant key systems and solutions
